Pack Leader Services is currently engaged as the project manager for the development and permitting of a heap leach gold mine in the Tonopah, Nevada area.  Baseline studies including wildlife, biology, cultural resources, geo-chemistry, hydrology, mine sequencing and a draft Plan of Operations are currently in progress or being designed.  Detailed engineering for mine infrastructure and site development is in progress.  Responsibilities also include community relations, management advisory services, development of quarterly progress reports that are distributed to shareholders and other interested parties.

Pack Leader Services is currently engaged to complete a detailed market study and potential strategic partner analysis for the eastern seaboard of the United States and eastern Canada for a future supplier of aggregates for these markets.  Engagement includes management advisory services regarding potential strategic partners, development of supply contracts, local logistics issue identification and resolution, permitting and negotiation advisory services.

Pack Leader Services is currently  engaged to as an advisor and engineering consultant by a family owned construction aggregate and redi-mix producer to facilitate the sale of the entire firm.  Responsibilities include data room preparation, asset sale preparation, vetting of potential acquiring firms, financial modeling, enterprise valuation, resources and reserve evaluation and valuation and deal structure advisory services.

Pack Leader Services completed a due diligence review of three southern USA aggregate operations to facilitate their acquisition.  Review included a detailed operational analysis, geological and reserve verification, quality verification, core drilling supervision to verify rock quality, future development plans, forward looking financial plans, environmental and safety review and market position.  Additional work was completed post acquisition to prepare a compliant resource/reserve report for all locations.

A valuation of a former producing gold mine in the United States for an acquiring firm.  As part of the valuation project a due diligence was completed on a previously prepared feasibility study to restart the property.  This included a review of the proposed mine plan, resource model, exploration targets,  metallurgical test work, environmental permitting  and infrastructure.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT TECHNICAL REPORT TO SUPPORT AN INITIAL PUBLIC OFFER ON THE HONG KONG STOCK EXCHANGE FOR A CHINA BASED DIMENSION STONE PRODUCER:

An Independent Technical Report was prepared for submission to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to support and initial public offering for a China based dimension stone producer.  Report content included a resource/reserve statement, a review of current and project operations, a capital, operating cost and financial model review, a valuation of the asset, marketing and sales plans, environmental compliance and permit review.  The report was prepared and updated over a two year period with modifications being made as the company changed its ramp up schedule and development plans.

Review focused on geologic and operational issues.  The mine had completed a significant development program and was poised to greatly increase production and lower its unit costs.  A review of the next five years operational plans, capital and operating costs as well as employee development issues were critical components of the review.

MANAGEMENT AND PREPARATION OF A PREFEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE RESTART OF AN UNDERGROUND IRON ORE MINE:

A prefeasibility study was completed for the restart of a 1.5 million ton per year underground iron ore mine located in the United States.  The proposed mine was a refurbishment and restart of a former iron ore pellet producing property as a specialty  magnetite producer.  Project work included underground infrastructure refurbishment, underground mine planning and scheduling, metallurgical circuit design, resource review (including converting historic reserves to current resources), infrastructure requirements, mine dewatering, potential by product production and financial modeling.
